SEATTLE, July 30 /PRNewswire/ -- A $3 million bond financing for the construction of an assisted living facility was successfully completed yesterday, according to the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. St. Andrew's Place, a 40-unit assisted living facility, will be located next to Olympic National Park headquarters and adjacent to St. Andrew's Episcopal Church at 512 Park St., in Port Angeles, Wash.
