WENATCHEE, Wash. -- Youth furniture resource Bedtime Holdings has been sold to China-based Shawin International Group by Oklahoma City-based retailer Mathis Bros., which had owned the company since 2007.

Bedtime has operated the youth furniture distribution business for more than 12 years and specializes in products made of birch.

Jiangsu Xiangsheng Bedtime Furniture Co. Ltd will remain a supplier of Bedtime Holdings. The factory has worked with Bedtime for more than a decade. Jiangsu Xiangsheng is not affiliated with Shawin International Group.
