Bing doesn't Twitter, but someone does
It's all about Web 2.0 these days, and even Detroit's mayoral candidates are getting on board except when they're not.
A user on microblogging site Twitter.com goes by the moniker "davebing, but the Detroit mayoral hopeful's campaign said the account isn't legit.
"I can't find anyone involved in the campaign who's doing it, said Clifford Russell, a representative of the businessman and former Detroit Pistons great's campaign.
The microblogging site allows users to post messages, or "Tweets, of up to 140 characters for distribution to a list of approved friends or to the site at large. It's soared ...
