Need for parking was challenge in TEC's search; new home in Queens
After a long search, TEC Systems Inc. has found a larger space in Long Island City, Queens, for its expanding operations.
The 28-year-old firm, which installs heating, ventilation and other building systems, signed a 10-year lease for 25,000 square feet at 47-25 34th St. The asking rent was $15 per square foot. The company will be moving to its new fourth-floor home from its old location two miles away at 54-08 Vernon Blvd., where it occupied 12,000 square feet.
