Jain Irrigation to issue 20 lakh shares to IFC
Mumbai, Mar 26 (PTI) Plastic products maker Jain Irrigation Systems today said its shareholders have approved the issue of 20 lakh equity shares to International Finance Corporation (IFC) on preferential basis.
Shareholders of the company, during the extra ordinary general meeting (EGM), have approved the issue of upto 20 lakh equity shares to IFC at a price of Rs 360.40 a piece, Jain Irrigation Systems said in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Shares of Jain Irrigation were trading at Rs 335.95, up 0.12 per cent in the afternoon trade on the BSE.
