Edmonton -- A $2.1-million investment will provide greater access to literacy for adult learners throughout Alberta. Under the new funding, 16 Community Learning Centre and Foundational Learning projects will deliver literacy programming in 37 communities. The projects are a key element of the Ministry of Advanced Education and Technology's Adult Literacy Action Plan.
