The North Shore Alliance for Economic Development announced that it has appointed William Luster as President. The purpose of the Alliance, formed in 2008, is to serve as a regional catalyst to address economic issues on the North Shore. The Alliance serves 30 communities on Boston's North Shore (see below list) and will be a strong voice for public and private sector investment in the North Shore region (see also North Shore Alliance for Economic Development).
Luster is the former economic development director and planner in Salem and Lawrence and has private sector experience in the development field.
