SACREMENTO, Calif., Aug. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Judge William Cahill of the San Francisco Superior Court yesterday became the second independent judge to confirm that State Farm owes no significant Proposition 103 rebate to auto insurance policyholders in California. The judge's ruling was based on the insurance commissioner's own rollback regulations that had been previously upheld by the California Supreme Court.
Judge Cahill's ruling does not contain any findings on the actual dollar rebate that will result from his order. Additional computations will be needed to determine the actual result. In any event, the total amount of any State Farm rebate will be ...
