DENVER, Aug. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Verio Inc., a national Internet services provider for small and mid-sized business and institutional customers, has expanded its network of locally managed Internet providers by completing a substantial investment in ServiceTech Inc., a Rochester, New York-based company serving business customers throughout Upstate New York. ServiceTech becomes the fourth Northeast affiliate for Verio, which has invested in or acquired 19 regional Internet providers to create a national network serving 27 of the top 50 US markets.
