AN incredible 75% of women wear the wrong size bra. Not only does this have an effect on how they feel and look, but it could also be damaging their health. "The most common mistake is wearing too big a back size or a cup size that's too small," said bra fitting expert and nurse Rachel Williams.
According to research at least six out of 10 women who wear a C cup should actually be wearing a D.
