Polish top fuel PKN Orlen agrees with Lithuanian government on remaining 10% MN refinery stake
WARSAW. MARCH 27. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Poland's top fuel firm PKN Orlen has signed a letter with the Lithuanian government on the conditions of executing the put option on the sale of a remaining 10% stake in the Mazeikiu Nafta (MN) refinery, PKN Orlen stated Thursday evening.
"PKN Orlen announces that on March 26, 2009 it signed a letter with the government of Lithuania upon the conditions of the execution of the put option agreement, dated July 9, 2006, on the sale of AB Mazeikiu Nafta shares owned by the government of the Republic of Lithuania," reads ...
