MCX to revive IPO plans; may soon file fresh prospectus
Mumbai, Mar 29 (PTI) -- Within a year of shelving its plans to tap the capital market with an initial public offer, the country's largest commodity bourse, MCX, is believed to be reviving the IPO and may soon approach the regulator.
Jignesh Shah-led Financial Technologies, the promoter of Multi-Commodity Exchange, is believed to have sounded out some investment bankers and brokers recently about the possibility of reviving plans for the IPO, market sources said.
