TEL AVIV, Israel, March 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Israel Chemicals Ltd. ("ICL") , a multinational fertilizer and specialty chemicals company, today announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Ms. Lisa Haimovitz, Adv., as ICL's new General Counsel and Company Secretary. Ms. Haimovitz shall join the Company's senior management team.
Ms. Haimovitz replaces Mr. Aner Berger, who recently submitted his resignation after serving as ICL's General Counsel and Company Secretary for over seven years. Ms. Haimovitz will assume the full responsibilities of the job in May 2009, after a transition period during which she and Mr. Berger will work jointly.
