WEST CHESTER, Pa. -- Independent field tests recently conducted in four states have demonstrated that the XCel-4e DSL extension system from Communications Test Design, Inc. (CTDI) provides greater extended DSL reach for rural areas than any competitive extension product at comparable speeds.
