ConAgra Foods announced the appointment of Richard H. Lenny to the companyEs board of directors, effective immediately. The appointment brings the total size of the board to eleven members.
Lenny most recently served as chairman and chief executive officer of The Hershey Company, a leading manufacturer of quality confectionery and snack products, from 2001 through 2007. Prior to joining Hershey, Lenny was group vice president of Kraft Foods and president, Nabisco Biscuit and Snacks following KraftEs acquisition of Nabisco in 2000.
