STAMFORD, Conn. and SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 15, 1997-- Hexcel Corp. (NYSE/PCX: HXL) and Fyfe Associates Incorporated announced jointly today that they have ended their association in the Hexcel Fyfe Company, LLC joint venture. Effective Aug. 12, 1997, Hexcel sold its 40% interest in Hexcel Fyfe to Fyfe Associates. In connection with the sale, Hexcel and Fyfe Associates also agreed to co-own the intellectual property that had been developed and used by their joint venture.
