The Chilean Finance Ministry said Thursday afternoon it would begin its daily dollar sales of $50 million, through the central bank, on Friday. The ministry will sell a total $3 billion, drawn from one of its sovereign wealth funds, to finance programs in its $4 billion fiscal-stimulus package.
