Alpha Pyrenees trust has said it will hold off on making additional Spanish investments in 2009 in favour of growing its exposure in French commercial property.
The trust, which traditionally invests in both French and Spanish commercial property, said it would eschew Spain, as the country is at a more advanced stage of the economic cycle.
