Alpha Pyrenees Trust is wary of further Spanish investment in 2009, as the fund continues to grow its exposure to French commercial property in the portfolio.
The trust, which traditionally invests in French and Spanish commercial property, said it would eschew Spain, which is at a more advanced stage of the economic cycle.
