COLUMBIA, Md. and SAN JOSE, Calif., March 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Eurotech, a leading provider of embedded products and technologies, today announced that it has entered into a contract with Authentidate for design and delivery of the embedded computing engine for Authentidate's joint venture ExpressMD Solutions' remote patient health monitoring device. After initial delivery of units, Authentidate will have the option of moving to a license business model with Eurotech for complete control and responsibility of manufacturing and procurement functions.
