The company's new line of microwaveable organic grains (most of them whole) has fabulous flavor and just a fraction of the sodium you'd get in most seasoned rice mixes.
Take Tigris, a mixture of organic brown rice, barley, rye, bulgur, red winter wheat, quinoa, and wild rice. The grains have a nutty chewiness that's jazzed up by just a touch of oil, sea salt, tamari, onion, red bell pepper, parsley, chili pepper, and cumin.
