Suspect in assassination of Chechen president's bodyguard extradited from Poland to Austria
WARSAW. MARCH 27. INTERFAX CENTRAL EUROPE - Turpal Ali J., suspected of assassinating Usmar Israilov, the former chief bodyguard of Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov in Vienna on January 13, was handed over to Austrian authorities Monday after having been reprimanded on the outskirts of Warsaw earlier in the year, Polish officials told Interfax Friday.
