DALLAS -- For the first quarter of 2009, the Halter USX China Index (Amex: HXC) was down 1.18%. During the same period, the Dow Jones Industrial Average decreased 13.3% and the NASDAQ decreased 3.07%.

HXC is also pleased to announce the inclusion of two new constituents to its existing index of China-focused, U.S. listed companies including: China Techfaith Wireless Communication Technology Ltd.
