KARACHI, March 30 (PPI): Sindh High Court Monday ordered jail authorities to provide necessary medical treatment to ailing Mohajir Qaumi Movement (MQM- Haqiqi) leader Muhammad Amir Khan, serving rigorous imprisonment in Central Jail, Karachi, in double murder case of 2003. Amir Khan filed application through Advocate Iqtidar A Hashmi submitting he developed severe tooth problem, resulting in swelling of his face due to septic. There was no facility in prison for treatment due to non-availability of expert dentist. Counsel prayed to direct Superintendent Central Prison, Karachi, to get appellant admitted in any hospital with of dentistry for treatment. SHC division bench ...
