AE Biofuels Inc. announced that it has signed a strategic agreement with Merrick & Company to commercially implement AE Biofuels' patent-pending enzyme-based technology for the conversion of non-food biomass into ethanol and other materials. Under the agreement, the two companies will work to design new biofuels facilities or convert existing biofuels facilities to better utilize the enzyme technology.
