MICHIGAN CITY, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 22, 1997--The Indiana Gaming Commission issued Blue Chip Casino its license to begin operations and the casino will formally open on Friday, August 22, according to Kevin Flynn, chairman and CEO for Blue Chip Casino Inc.
