Aug. 20--The Energy and Environmental Research Center is ready to bring Greater Grand Forks residents up to speed on energy-efficient building options.
"There have been quite a few advances in building technology in the last 10 years," said Jay Haley, EERC senior design engineer.
"Homeowners probably haven't been thinking about it too much, and now many of them are about to embark on a new home. The more they know about their options, the better decisions they'll be able to make."
