LOS ANGELES, April 1 /PRNewswire/ -- The Formosa Foundation announced today that Florida Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen will be the featured speaker at a roundtable discussion to be held on April 7, 2009. The event will be held at the Taiwan Center in Rosemead from 10:00 to 11:30 am.

"Congresswoman Ros-Lehtinen is a champion for human rights and democracy," said Terri Giles, Executive Director of the Formosa Foundation. "Ros-Lehtinen is one of Taiwan's strongest supporters and we are honored that she will be joining us to discuss the importance of that relationship."
