The Ohio Music Education Association is planning to bring its 2012 professional development conference to Cleveland if the city has a new convention center by then.
If the association can't be assured by January 2010 that the new center will be ready for it and its 9,000-plus members, students, exhibitors and guests, the group will move on to Columbus or Cincinnati, said business manager David N. Adamson.
