PASSENGERS flying British Airways this summer face air chaos as cabin crew gear up for strike action over pay, conditions and job cuts.
BA is predicted to make losses of up to [pounds sterling]150million next year and bosses have warned that savings equivalent to [pounds sterling]6,000 per member of cabin crew are needed if the airline is to survive.
They want to sweep away many of what chief executive Willie Walsh terms 'restrictive practices' - existing crew terms and conditions - that keep costs high.
