The host Crusaders scored three runs in the seventh and one in the eighth to erase a 5-1 deficit before HC's Eric Oxford led off the ninth with a walk-off home run off Mike Gedman.
Oxford finished 3 for 5 with a single and a double and two RBIs. Matt Perry got HC on the board with a two-out solo homer in the fifth to make it 2-1, but Gedman ripped an RBI triple in the sixth to give the Minutemen a 3-1 lead.
Tommy Arrigg and Ryan George combined to pitch 2-2/3 scoreless innings, with George striking out two in the ninth to earn the victory.
