The preeminent organization representing the specialty coffee industry, the SCAA, held their 9th Annual Conference & Exhibition in New Orleans, Louisiana, April 18-22. It attracted 6,400 attendees.
Why do so many people - 700 more than last year - come to this annual event? The SCAA event's mission is to educate companies in precisely what "specialty coffee" really is.
