VALINHOS, Brazil, April 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Anhanguera Educacional Participacoes S.A. (Bovespa: AEDU11; Bloomberg: AEDU11:BZ) announces today its results for the fourth quarter (4Q08) and full year of 2008.
4Q08 and 2008 Highlights
- Average Enrollment reached 218 thousand, a 153.7% growth over 4Q07;
- Net Revenue totaled R$ 654.2 million, up 139.1%;
- Adjusted EBITDA reached R$ 130.7 million in 2008, an increase of 103.0%
versus 2007, resulting in an Adjusted EBITDA Margin of 20.0%;
- Adjusted Net Income in 2008 was R$ 79.4 million, compared to
R$ 63.5 million recorded in 2007.
