THE opening of the 'biggest, best and sexiest Dunnes in the country' can go ahead after a multimillion-euro legal row was resolved yesterday.
The future of developer Harry Crosbie's ambitious E850m Point Village was in jeopardy after he became embroiled in an ugly court battle with the retail giant.
But Dunnes and Mr Crosbie have settled the row and the chain store is now set to go ahead as the anchor tenant of the Docklands project.
Mr Crosbie had alleged that Dunnes put the entire scheme at risk when it failed to pay E23million due for the construction work in the luxury development.
