ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Aug. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- CET Environmental Services, Inc. (Amex: ENV) today announced that the Company has agreed to acquire Water Quality Management Corporation (WQM), a privately held company headquartered in Golden, Colorado. WQM specializes in the contract operations of industrial and municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities. WQM has 17 current water/wastewater treatment contracts including sanitation districts such as Black Hawk/Central City, Perry Park, Town of Larkspur, Stonegate Metropolitan District, and Cherry Creek Village Metro District.
