To better focus on its core businesses, WinsLoew Furniture, headquartered here, last week signed a definitive agreement to sell its Lyon-Shaw wrought iron casual furniture unit for an undisclosed sum to Woodard Inc., a Chicago-based division of CC Industries.
CC Industries, also Chicago-based, is a diversified holding company for manufacturing and real estate businesses.
Last year, Salisbury, N.C.-based Lyon-Show sold approximately $11 million of wrought iron furniture, according to WinsLoew.
