BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 25, 1997--Oldham Institutional Tax Credits L.L.C. ("Oldham") today announced that it has extended the Expiration Date of its tender offers for up to 17,200 Units of limited partnership in Boston Financial Qualified Housing Tax Credits L.P. V, A Limited Partnership interests, and up 9,125 Units of limited partnership interest in Boston Financial Tax Credit Fund VIII, A Limited Partnership until 12:00 midnight, Eastern Time, on Monday, Sept. 8, 1997.
