SUNNYVALE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 27, 1997--Computer Curriculum Corporation (CCC), the leading provider of educational software and services to the school market, today announced an exclusive licensing agreement with Research Machines plc. (RM), the leading supplier of software, services and systems to the UK education system.

Under the terms of the agreement, RM will pay CCC in excess of U.S. $50 million over a ten year period for UK licensing and marketing rights to the company's educational software.
