(DCR) has assigned an initial rating of 'BB' (Double-B) to the secured $900 million senior credit facility of Allied Waste North America, Inc. A rating of 'B+' (Single-B-Plus) has been assigned to the $525 million 10.25 percent senior subordinated notes of Allied Waste North America, Inc. and a rating of 'B' (Single-B) has been applied to the $418 million (face value) 11.30 percent senior discount notes of Allied Waste Industries, Inc.
