The Center City District (CCD) is proof of what's possible when business and civic leaders share a vision and invest in the future of a dynamic and historic city. In 1990, over 2,100 property owners, commercial tenants and employers in Center City Philadelphia joined together to establish the CCD, a private sector organization committed to making the downtown of America's fourth largest city clean, safe and attractive.
