HOUSTON -- Increasingly, licensed Texas hvac contractors who fail to comply with all regulations are being penalized. For example, Mawson James, of Wichita Falls, had his license revoked for "failure to provide mechanical integrity."
Also this year, Maurice Arnold Welch, Houston, was fine $6,000 for several violations, including failure to provide mechanical integrity, and failure to display his license number on invoices.
