FORT LEE, N.J., Sept. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Affiliated Physicians Network, Inc. (APN), a Fort Lee, N.J.-based clinical practice management company, is pleased to announce the execution of a management agreement with Colonial IPA, Inc. (CIPA), a Norwich, Conn.-based Independent Practice Association with 450 physician members. Under the terms of the agreement, APN will provide CIPA with management, case management and managed care contracting services as well as access to APN's group purchasing contracts.
