VANCOUVER, British Columbia--(BW HealthWire)--Sept. 8, 1997-- NovaDx International, Inc., (VSE:NVN) a company trading publicly on the Vancouver Stock Exchange, and REAADS Medical Products, Inc., a privately held corporation, wish to announce their intention to merge, creating a fully integrated diagnostic business unit.
As currently proposed, REAADS Medical Products will merge with NovaDx International, which will issue common shares of NovaDx International to REAADS Medical Products shareholders in exchange for all of the outstanding shares of REAADS Medical Products. The merger transaction will be subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.
