LONDON, Sept. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Bankers Trust, as depositary bank, announced today that the GDR (Global Depositary Receipt) programs for Al Ahram Beverages and Commercial International Bank in Egypt are open for new GDR issuance. Bankers Trust also confirmed that any shares of the same class as those underlying the GDR programs can now be issued in GDR form. Shares should be deposited with Bankers Trust's custodian in Cairo, Commercial International Bank (Egypt) SAE, who will then issue GDRs using the Substitution Process agreed with the Egyptian authorities.
