(ADP News) - Apr 6, 2009 - Saudi Al-Babtain Power & Telecommunication Co (SAU:2320) elected a new board of directors at a general shareholders' meeting on March 31.

The new board will have a three-year term starting from July 27, 2009.

The newly elected board members are Ibrahim al-Babtain, Abdul Aziz al-Babtain, Yassen al-Jafari, Fahd al-Babtain, Abdul Kareem al-Babtain, Mohammed al-Qunait, and Sultan al-Babtain.
