Major fishermen's groups in General Santos City have banded together to put up their own ship repair facility with an investment of P 121 million to service repairs of their own fishing vessels.The Board of Investments has approved Signal Marine Shipyard Corp., the fishermen's corporate vehicle, project granting it tax and fiscal incentives.
