Pernod Ricard announced that it has sold Serkova Vodka, its vodka brand in the Greek market, to Amvyx, having secured the agreement of the European Commission.
As part of its acquisition of V&S Vin & Sprit AB, finalised on 23 July 2008, Pernod Ricard made a commitment to the European Commission to divest a number of brands including Serkova Vodka.
