SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Sept. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Twenty years ago the promise of the computer revolution was a "paperless office." The reality was paper use increased, instead of decreasing over time, while office paper waste became a national disgrace.
Much of this commercial paper waste is in forms required for nearly every significant business transaction, explained John M. Glitsos, president of First Wave, Inc.
