CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Summit Properties Inc. (NYSE: SMT) -- The Board of Directors of Summit Properties Inc. today declared a dividend of $.3975 per share for the third quarter, payable November 17, 1997, to shareholders of record October 10, 1997. This represents an annualized dividend of $1.59 per share.
The company also announced that it will release third quarter earnings after the market closes on Tuesday, October 14, 1997, and hold its third quarter conference call on Wednesday, October 15, 1997, at 2:00 p.m. EST.
