WASECA, Minn., Sept. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Brown Printing Company, headquartered in Waseca, Minn., announced today its purchase of all physical assets of the PennWell Printing Company, Tulsa, Okla.
PennWell Printing Company, an established printer of trade and business publications, produced more than 100 magazine titles for 70 different publishers. PennWell Printing Company had remained a separate and independent company after having been spun off from the much larger PennWell Publishing Company fifteen years ago. PennWell Publishing is well known as a publisher of 32 business and trade magazines.
